Emergency procedures

Our campuses have clearly marked exits, first aid kits, and trained personnel. In an emergency, follow the instructions of our safety team.

Child safety

All Ev Kids and Ev Youth volunteers are police vetted. We maintain strict sign-in and sign-out procedures for all children and youth programs.

First aid

Trained first aiders are present at every service and event. First aid kits and AED defibrillators are available at all campuses.

Accessibility

Our campuses are wheelchair accessible with designated parking, ramp access, and accessible restrooms. Contact us if you need specific assistance.

Reporting concerns

If you have any health and safety concerns, please speak to a team member or contact us directly. All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially.

Food safety

Our cafe and event catering follow food safety guidelines. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please let our team know.
